ABOUT ME

Info
For more than a decade I have been working towards furthering the ties between Israel and the U.S. from both sides of the Atlantic. First, as an officer in the IDF for 5 years, and later I spent 4 years in Washington, D.C. working in Israel education and outreach to Jewish and non Jewish communities. I have extensive experience in Israel advocacy, and a deep understanding of the American Jewish community. My career has also focused on foreign relations and diplomacy.
As a Shlicha at George Washington University's Hillel I was able to foster cooperation between the diverse pro-Israel groups on campus. As Director of the Israel Action Center at the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Washington, I broadened outreach to the wider community, including progressives. In partnership with The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, I spearheaded a unique program for Jewish teens - Israel Engagement Fellowship (IEF) - educating them about Israel, preparing them to become Israel advocates on college campuses, while dealing with the growing challenges faced by the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) Movement. This included the development of an intensive curriculum, as well as teaching and engaging teens from diverse religious backgrounds and perspectives. I was awarded the Ted B. Farber Professional Excellence Award by The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington for this successful Fellowship.
The skills and experience that I gained over the past decade empower me to play a key role in the vital task of Israel engagement, and bridge the gap between Israel and the Jewish communities in the Diapsora. I have a unique perspective of Israel and the U.S. I offer expertise in both worlds, having the exceptional blend of authenticity and familiarity with each culture and political structure.
I am fluent in both Hebrew and English and can publically speak in either on any of these topics.
